The Ministry of Kalinago Affairs continues the momentum to make the Kalinago the first communal solar energy user on the island of Wai'tukubuli (Dominica). Since the project commencement there have been positive collaborative efforts with the Kalinago Council. This is especially important since the Council will undertake the operations and management of the project.
